Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to all our users. The types of information we collect include:

  • Account Information: When you sign up via Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture.
  • Viewer Data: We collect data on individuals who view your decks, including their name, email (if requested), IP address, and interaction data (pages viewed, time spent).
  • Uploaded Content: We store the PDF documents you upload to our Service. PDFs with no view activity for 90 consecutive days may be removed from file storage while analytics and deck metadata remain in your account.
  • Payment Information: We use Dodo Payments to process transactions. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Service.
  • Process transactions and send related information.
  • Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages.
  • Provide deck owners with analytics on how their documents are being viewed.
  • Respond to your comments and questions.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information with service providers who help us provide the Service, including:

  • Supabase: For database and authentication services.
  • Cloudflare R2: For secure storage of your PDF documents.
  • Resend: For sending email notifications.
  • Dodo Payments: For payment processing.
  • Google Analytics: For website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies (see Cookies and Analytics below).
  • Vercel: For application hosting. Requests to the Service pass through Vercel's network, which also supplies the approximate city and country shown to deck owners, so your IP address is not sent to any separate geolocation provider.
  • AI providers (Groq, Cerebras, SambaNova, OpenRouter): For the optional AI insights feature. They receive a deck's title and aggregate engagement statistics (views, completion, per-page time). They do not receive viewer names, emails or IP addresses.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: For bot protection on our contact form. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage your account settings within the Service or contact us for assistance.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our marketing and account pages can use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and a few key actions: submitting the contact form, clicking a pricing button, starting checkout, and clicking to book a call. It sets cookies (for example _ga and _ga_*) and sends the page address, a random identifier, and approximate location and device details to Google.

These cookies are off by default. We load Google Analytics only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, or never answer, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookies are set. If we enable Meta Pixel for measuring ads, it loads only under the same consent. Shared deck pages and client report pages never load analytics, and neither do customers' custom domains.

Cookies needed to keep you signed in are separate and are not affected by this choice.

Withdraw or change consent at any time: use the buttons below. Withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies we can reach and reloads the page. Clearing this site's data in your browser has the same effect.

Current choice: Not set
